I think I really dig this style for the site, What to you all think? 
The only problem I have seen is that
1. IE screws it up totally but that is not unexpected 
My next projects are to convert this site into a 3 colum layout for ease of use and to figure out how to put the most recent forum posts onto the side menu. I have seent his done on other sites powered by MoveableType so I know that it can be done I just need to digure it out! I would also like to add some RSS feeds from sites like slashdot, etc on the side but one step at a tiem I guess. If you have any ideas or suggestions feel free to leave a comment.
