My new year relosution is to get a better job, start and keep going to school , be a better wife and mother.
I should find out today if I got the better job.
Tuesday will be my second night back at school - I know I can do this.
I just got remarried on 12/19.
I am working on changing the fact that I feel driven to shout at my children to behave.
That’s about it. Basically the new year for me is about reshaping myself.

Today is is the last Friday of the month, so that means that once again it is Free-For-All Friday everyone! Since I had a really good response I am participating yet again. I think if is an awesome idea and I want to spread the word as it were. I’m sure that some of you are asking yourselves what the hell is Free For All Friday? Well, Free for All means you can post whatever you wish on my site. Say what you want to say, share a link (no spam links or I will smite you!), complain about boss, significant other, etc…all you have to do is login and post until you are blue in the face!

Last night the latest version of K2 was released. There were no added features, instead this release is mealy to enable compatibility with WordPress 2.0. The Vader style that I am using looks a little odd so I will keep looking for a new one or perhaps make my own. At any rate just let me know if anything breaks.
On December 26th. the WordPress team quietly released version 2.0 of their fantasic socftware. I updated my site this morning after researching potential problems with the upgrade. The upgrade went fine and we are now running on the latest and greatest! 
Just a quick little update, I am back form KC and presently at work. Over the Christmas holiday Wordpress 2.0 was quietly released. I will be updating to that as soon as the K2 is updated by Michael and Chris over at Binary Bomsai
I’m sitting on an open WiFI network from Road Runner cable up in KC while my brother and father hit a store that sells old vinyls. I FINALLY found an non WEP networks so I could do my “vital” tasks such as reading my email (bit sad huh?) At any rate here is how finals went down, I managed to get 1 A, 1B, 1C, and 1 D AGAIN! Grrrr, I can seriously tell that I have stopped caring about classes. 
I need to get my ass in gear as I will be starting my last and final semester at MSU in a few weeks.
Even with my crappy grades my GPA actually went up so I am now well out of the s.5 danger range that I found myself in after dating my extremely needy EX almost a year and a half ago. Apparently she’s engaged and getting married to some guy she hooked up with not 3 weeks after we broke up and I found out she had cheated on me. Umm, congrats I guess on the engagement but meh is about the only feelings I have for her. I have long since burned the last few lines of communication that I have with and I must say that I feel much better for having done so, because what can you say to someone who you trusted and considered your closest friend after being betrayed? Yeah, I can’t think of anything either so meh just about sums it up. Maybe I will try talking to her again sometime in the future . . .
At any rate I am up here in KC visiting my mother’s side of the family after an EXTREMELY stressful and hectic week at work. I swear we really scrapped the bottom of the barrel of idiots but that is another story. We arrived in KC about midnight and I woe up 6 hours later to begin shopping for the last few things we need to get for Christmas. Later today I will be at the Apple store so Matthew can figure out if he really wants to take the plunge and buy his first Mac. I hope he goes with it because I think he will enjoy it more than working on Windows XP.
I had batter finish this up and post it before I lose the connection here. I hope everyone has a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year (even you Katie, I know you read this and I am still angry at you sometimes but I wish you the best in whatever you are doing). For myself I hope things are a little less stressful in my last semester but I doubt is as 2 of the hardest courses in my degree program are on tap. I will talk more about that later, if I don’t post before than i hope everyone has a great 2006!
The European Space Agency is developing a new thruster based on the same physics that power the northern and southern auroras. This new plasma thruster could eventually deliver more power than the efficient ion engines which have been installed on several spacecraft.
