I have been in contact with the developer of the shoudtbox plugin, Jalenack and he pointed out to me that I was running an older version of the awesome Bad Behavior plugin. So I have updated that and I also installed the Bad Behavior Blackhole plugin as well to see if that helps keep things more update on the blocking front. In the options for that plugin I found a link to a plugin called WP-Dash that is a total replacement for the WordPress that lets you create your own sections, drag things, around, etc. I am actually the Quick Post widget that comes with it see how that goes.
