Well, we have put down the down payment for the apartment and the manager checked on all of us with our employers and she let Eric know over the phone that we have secured the lease on the apartment when it opens up in a few weeks! 
Now I just need a bed frame for a queen or king sized bed, some shelves, a desk, some lamps, and maybe some chester drawers.
