About Me

Hello, I’m Brett Elliff and I am a System Administrator for Wyandotte Technologies. My skills are exclusively contracted to one of their clients.

For for the last 11 years I was professionally employed by Bass Pro Shops. Over that time I did everything from answering calls for their Helpdesk, building brand new IT teams, and various Systems Administration tasks. Sadly, this ended in February of 2023 when I was unexpectedly laid off. It was a difficult time and it took me over a year to find another full time job

I’m a life long lover of reading, audio books, and learning new things. I love technologies of all types and I am a huge gadget and coffee nerd.

I’m also a huge weather nerd and I even have my own weather station which submits various data points to several weather services in order to assist improving the weather and climate models used by the National Weather Service and other similar organizations.
